Today we’ll show you how to add an external PDF or document to your event description.
Let’s get started.
From your Timely dashboard, click Add Event, or edit an existing event.
On the right panel,
Scroll down to the Description section.
Click the Insert Link icon in the toolbar.
In the popup window, paste the URL to your external PDF.
For example, you can use a link from Google Drive or Dropbox.
Then, fill in the Text to Display field with a name for the file, and add a Title to help users understand what it is.
Click Save to insert the link.
Continue editing your event with other necessary details.
Once everything looks good, click Publish to make your event live.
To preview, visit your public calendar.
Your PDF link should now appear under the event description.
