Adding the RSVP & Ticketing Module to your Account


Welcome to Timely Video Tutorials! Today, we will learn how to add the RSVP and Ticketing module to your account. Let’s get started!

With a Timely account and the Timely Ticketing module, you can offer event attendees the ability to register for free events or buy tickets to paid events. To access this feature, you just need to add the Ticketing module to your Timely account. 

To do so, start by logging in to your Timely account. Then, go to the Events page.

  • Scroll down to the “Cost and Tickets” option in the “Add Event” section.
  • Click on the arrow to expand the options.
  • Choose one of the four ticketing options available: Event Registration/RSVP, Time Slot Registration/RSVP, Event Ticket, or Time Slot Ticket. 
  • Once you select a ticketing option, you’ll see a message prompting you to activate the Ticketing module.
  • Click on the yellow “Activate” button to proceed.

To activate your Ticketing module, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can provide your contact and billing information. Follow these steps:

  • Verify your contact information and click “Continue.”
  • Fill in your billing information.
  • Finally, click the “Subscribe” button to complete the activation process. If you have a coupon code, enter it before subscribing. The module may take a few minutes to activate after purchase.

For free events, registrations/RSVPs are cost-free for your customers, but there is a base fee for each RSVP acquired through your events calendar. 

For paid events, in order to accept payments, you will first need to add a payment gateway to the account. Timely offers integrations with PayPal, Stripe, Square and When selling tickets to paid events, there is a transaction and a base fee for each ticket sold. However, you have the flexibility to absorb the ticket fees or pass them on to your customers.
