Welcome to Timely Video Tutorials.
Today we’ll show you how to set up multiple time zones for your calendar and events.
Let’s get started.
From your Timely dashboard, select Settings from the left menu.
Then choose General.
In the right pane, click Calendar Date and Time.
Go to the Time tab.
Select your preferred time zone from the list.
Under Load calendar, choose how your calendar should behave:
- Load for local timezone
Will set up the calendar so it loads for the visitors personal timezone.
- Load for calendar timezone
Will keep the timezone static representing your chosen timezone.
To show the timezone on the public calendar, check Include timezone.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
To set a different time zone for a specific event, go to Events in the left menu.
Create a new event, or edit an existing one.
In the event settings, find the Timezone dropdown.
Select the desired time zone.
Click Save.
To display a timezone button in your public calendar, allowing visitors to choose their own time zone, go to Settings, then choose Design.
Click Toolbar Settings.
Enable Show timezone button in toolbar.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
With the timezone button enabled, visitors can click and select their timezone from the dropdown option.
That’s it! You’ve successfully configured multiple time zones in your Timely calendar.
