With a Timely account, you can change the language of your Timely dashboard, which may or may not be the same as the language of the public view of your events calendar. 

1. Languages Available

You can choose among 7 different languages to personalize your experience with our software. The languages currently supported are:

  1. Dutch
  2. English
  3. French
  4. German
  5. Italian
  6. Portuguese
  7. Spanish

2. Changing the Language

To change the language of your Timely dashboard, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard, or go to Billing>Profile

On the profile page, select one of the languages from the Dashboard language drop-down menu, and click Update. The selected language will be applied to your Timely dashboard immediately.

Note that this option will not change the language of the public view of your events calendar. To do so, please see the post How to Change the Language of your Public Calendar.

If you are a Timely customer, you need to have a valid credit card on file in order to keep your subscription active, and use our event software tools. In this article, you will learn how to add or edit your credit card information in your Timely account.

Adding or Editing your Credit Card Information

Steps:

  1. Login to your Timely account HERE
  2. In your Timely dashboard, select Billing in the left navigation menu, and then select the Billing tab. 
  3. Click EDIT to add or edit your credit card information.

  1. Once you have filled out all the fields, click Update Billing Account at the bottom of the page. Your billing account will then be updated with your credit card information.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

Steps:

  1. Login to your Timely account
  2. In your Timely dashboard, select Billing in the left navigation menu, and then select the Invoice tab.
  3. You will see a list with all historical invoices. 
  4. To view details, print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, select Download in the top-right corner of the screen.

Reading Invoices

Invoice and Payment Details

On the top right corner of your invoice, you can will the invoice number, the day the invoice was billed, and the due date. It will also show the amount paid and the currency.

Subscription Details

The body of the invoice will show how long your subscription is for, either annually or quarterly depending on your agreement with Timely. The price will show the amount of your subscription plus any applicable taxes.

Transactional Fees

Clients that have RSVP / Tickets included in their plan may incur in transactional fees based on their usage of our event registration, ticketing or booking platforms. In this situation, the body of the invoice will show how many of these transactions you conducted during the month. Usually, transactional fees are charged monthly.

Additional Charges

Depending on your agreement with Timely, you plan may include additional charges, such as additional users, submitters, events or calendars. If that is the case, the body of the invoice will show how many extra users, submitters, events or calendars you have, and you will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
