How to Manage Images in the Media Library

Welcome to Timely Video Tutorials.
Today we will show you how to manage images in your Timely Media Library.
This helps you keep your visuals organized and easy to reuse across your calendar.
Let’s get started.


From the left-hand menu, click Media Library, then select Images.

To upload images, click Add Item.

Choose the files from your computer.

Add descriptive alternative text for each image.
This improves accessibility and helps your library stay organized so you can quickly find and utilize images later.
Click Save to upload the image.

To search for images, use the Filter by Title search field to enter keywords.
Images with matching alternative text will appear automatically.

You can then edit the image by hovering and clicking on the edit pencil. There you can change the alternative text and the file.

To delete a single image, hover over the image you want to remove.
Click the Trash icon and confirm the deletion.

To delete multiple images at the same time, select the images using the checkboxes.
Click Bulk actions and choose Delete permanently.
Confirm to complete the deletion.

If you have multiple workspaces under your account, you can also share images across them.
Open the Settings tab inside the Media Library.
Check Share images across calendars.
Click Save to apply the setting.
