If you are a Timely customer, you need to have a valid credit card on file in order to keep your subscription active, and use our event software tools. In this article, you will learn how to add or edit your credit card information in your Timely app account.
Before you begin
This article is for clients who have a Timely Event Software (Journey) subscription. If you have any legacy product (e.g. Timely Trek Calendar App or WordPress Add-Ons), contact us.
Please note that you must be an Account Admin to do the steps described in this article. If you don’t have an Admin role, contact the Admin of your account.
Adding or Editing your Credit Card Information
Steps:
- Login to your Timely account HERE.
- In your Timely dashboard, select My account in the left navigation menu, and then select the Billing tab.
- Click EDIT to add or edit your credit card information.
- Once you have filled out all the fields, click Update Billing Account at the bottom of the page. Your billing account will then be updated with your credit card information.
